In addition to state responsibilities, we are looking for a creative trailblazer who can provide new perspectives while leading or supporting cross-functional teams to modernize our pricing data architecture, create advanced analytical pricing tools, and streamline processes.  A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as strong technical skills and actuarial acumen, with a track record for building and inspiring a high-performing team.

This role will have a Remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.

  • Lead a team of analysts, cultivating a positive culture and with a focus on attracting and retaining diverse talent.  Invest in staff career development through coaching, feedback, stretch assignments and formal training.
  • Continuously challenge, improve and rebuild existing processes or tools to advance the team’s pricing and analytical capabilities.  Increase the breadth and depth of pricing knowledge across Personal Lines while mobilizing teammates to explore new data and analytical technologies.
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate with State Product Managers, Actuarial, Data Science and other key areas.  Provide clear, frequent and compelling communication as project delivery and pricing activities progress over time.  Deliver all work on or ahead of schedule with high standards of quality and actuarial practice.

Qualifications:
