The Senior Associate, Life Pricing is a strong technical contributor who plays a key role in pricing and analyzing potential life and annuity reinsurance transactions. What You Will Do:
- Assemble and review pricing analysis input data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform analyses on cedant data in support of pricing analyses.
- Develop model enhancements to support transaction needs.
- Work with investments, strategic finance, tax, and other teams to ensure the pricing analyses reflect data and inputs from these teams.
- Present details of work performed at team meetings.
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with pricing standards.
- Assist in the documentation of pricing models, methodologies, and assumptions.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Assist in implementing and testing model changes to improve pricing models.
What You Will Have:
- Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA), ACAS, AIA or equivalent designation.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to support delivering timely results and quality work products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be an adaptable and team player.
- Strong conceptual understanding and hands-on experience with different financial reporting bases (e.g. US / Canadian / Bermuda / International regimes) and a strong familiarity with products commonly sold in those markets.
- Strong modeling and technical skills (Excel modeling skills required; SLOPE / AXIS / SQL / Python / Julia is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

$115,000-$145,000 USD
