Your Job:
- Assist with creation of marketing materials, proposals, and internal approval memos. This will be a team effort but the individual is expected to compile various input for different people and use his/her own discretion in developing the work product
- Develop pro-forma financial statement models specific to deals. This will require someone that can model the financial impact of a proposed structure with little supervision
- Organize, evaluate and analyze data provided for deals. This will require working with more senior actuaries
- Review of legal documents under the guidance of external and internal counsel. Goal is to ensure legal documents are consistent with deal model
- Manage post-close inquiries from client and/or internal
- Monitor and analyze on-going information on transactions and provide period reports
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- FSA
- Financial modeling experience;
- Solid understanding of life insurance products;
- Strong understanding of financial reporting;
- Ability to understand statutory and GAAP accounting

For New York City based employees, the base salary range anticipated for this position is $188,100 to $207,900, plus an opportunity for an annual company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay.
