Position Summary
The individual in this role will provide leadership for creating semi-annual discount data submissions to our consulting firm business partners according to the Uniform Data Specification (UDS). This individual will also provide leadership for creating our internal discounts used for setting discount guarantees to our customers as part of the RFP process. The responsibility is to deliver these detailed data sets with precision in every detail while exploring opportunities to best present Aetna's provider network, through this data, to the marketplace. This is an individual contributor role.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree along with 10+ years of health insurance experience in an analytical field
ASA or FSA
Detail oriented with experience managing large, complex data sets with precision
Strong communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
Creativity and intellectual curiosity to explore options to position Aetna well
Preferred Qualifications
An understanding of and experience retrieving data from the Aetna Data Warehouse or similar environment
Experience working with Self-Insured customers and/products
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or other analytical field
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
