The Opportunity:
- Supports the planning and coordination of data needs across Financial Actuarial, Risk Management, Product Development, and Finance ("Financial Community"). For the Financial Community, this position will:
- Capture, document and maintain data knowledge
- Establish experience data & data quality dashboards and metrics
- Document and support the data needs and reporting across the Financial Community, including understanding how the needs vary amongst the different areas.
- Identifies, evaluates, develops and/or shares best practices and conventions for extracting data.
- Supports the planning and coordination of data needs for industry experience studies. For industry experience studies, this position will:
- Support established relationships with the appropriate contacts for the industry experience study providers
- Consider and design, as appropriate, automated data streams to support repeated industry experience studies.
- Develop knowledge of data sources content and structure to assess the quality of data.
- Identifies and makes recommendations for resolution of identified issues in data and reporting quality.
- Broadly communicate findings to the Financial Community and IT.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience and has passed 1 or more of the exams toward Associateship or the Society of Actuaries (ASA).
- Requires prolonged sitting.
- Requires continuous use of computer.
- May lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lbs.
- Requires regular and predictable attendance.
