We are looking for someone:  

  • Involve in full suite of experience studies including assumptions recommendation, maintenance, and financial impact analysis as in the areas of reserve (IFRS17 and local basis), new business value and new business CSM.
  • Involve in IFRS17 policyholder experience gain/loss reporting and to provide deeper analysis of underlying contributors.
  • Involve in the regular experience monitoring and highlight/ investigate variance in experience and its root cause.
  • Involve in experience monitoring Power BI tools development working with regional and local analytic teams.
  • Assist in the inforce management projects to deep dive on experience drivers and propose recommendations to improve customer experience and inforce value to the company. This includes close collaborations with various stakeholders on different inforce management initiatives.
  • Assist in any other projects as assigned.

Nice to Have:   

  • Good progress of actuarial exams.
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience with good understanding of data, actuarial experience monitoring and insurance business know-how.
  • In-dept knowledge of insurance products and their earnings attributes.
  • Creative, thinking out of the box, meticulous to details, effective communications and planning are key elements for success.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Access, Words, Power Point) and Power BI (or any equivalent visualization software).
  • Knowledge of IFRS17 and local regulatory are added advantage.
  • Team player oriented as well as can follow up tasks independently.
  • This is an individual contributor role.
