Job Summary
This position is responsible for planning, analysis and implementation of procedures and/or processes to design a sequence of steps for processing data by a computer; applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems to evaluate requests for new or modified programs, systems or databases to determine feasibility, resource requirements, compatibility with current systems, and computer capabilities; locating and correcting program errors; and testing, enhancing, maintaining and documenting the coded instructions for a variety of programs and systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration or related field OR 4 years minimum related experience in lieu of a degree
- 3 years information technology experience working on technology systems.
- 3 years of experience in a job requiring analysis with healthcare information data analysis
- 3 years of experience with SQL, Access, APL or other relational database systems tools.
- 3 years of experience in system development and programming.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.

Required Skills
- 6 years of IT work experience in software development, installation and modification in an online environment.
- Experience in automation testing tools, manual testing,
- Analyze system requirements to create effective automation designs and do manual testing
- Create test cases and test scripts based on user stories and requirements
- Identify defects & bugs and work with developers to resolve them
- Establish Test Automation process and involve in evaluating/planning the automation roadmap
- Maintain and update Selenium WebDriver scripts
- Design, develop and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver
- Develop automation framework for API testing with SOAPUI
- Develop scripts for Web Services and Rest Services. Develop automation scripts on web applications, web services
- Execute thorough testing protocols to validate automation system functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation setups
- Continuously evaluate and update automation systems for efficiency
- Document processes and system configurations, enabling easier future modifications
- Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills
- Supports end-user functional and system support issues via various channels (e.g. tickets, email, chat)
- Lead and participate in performance tests, identifies the bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization and capacity demands
- Please note that this role has an in office requirement of at least 3 days a week. and does not have visa sponsorship
