A day in the life.

As our Senior Actuarial Leader on the Actuarial Services and Client Informatics Team , you’ll foster and grow the Employee Health Benefits Actuarial team. You'll be partnering with our client teams to address complex actuarial needs of our clients including trend and reserve setting, discount positions of various medical, networks and other financial complications. Additionally, you'll be driving actuarial innovation and partnering with other actuarial hubs to further the collective capabilities of Marsh McLennan Agency.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent work experience
• Member of the American Academy of Actuaries
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
• Minimum 10 years of Actuarial experience in Health Insurance / Benefits Consulting Industry
• Experience in the following areas: Self-Funded employee benefits, Medical, Rx, Stop Loss, IBNR, Discount Analysis
• 5+ years of management experience required
• Working in a matrixed environment with competing with various priorities
