Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000/year
You Will:
- Analyze statistical data and conduct actuarial analysis related to insurance pricing, reserving, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement business strategies based on your data-driven insights.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks with innovative solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating complex actuarial concepts.
- Lead research initiatives to guide strategic decisions and stay current on market trends.
- Participate in prospecting activities, representing the firm in various capacities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain knowledge of advancements in actuarial science.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of actuarial experience with an ACAS or FCAS designation.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data to various audiences.
