WTW is looking for a senior reserving professional with extensive experience in North America (US, Canada, and Bermuda) insurance and reinsurance to lead the North America P&C Reserving Proposition of WTW's Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business. In this role, you will drive the development of and continuous improvement of WTW's reserving consulting and technology offerings and how we deliver them to achieve revenue growth and advance our thought leadership.

The Role
As the North America Reserving Proposition Leader, you will:
- Lead the design, execution and roll-out of transformational consulting and technology propositions for the North America market, in collaboration with a global team
- Lead local and global strategic client engagements and relationships, providing thought leadership and strategic thinking on critical client business needs
- Play a visible external role in the marketplace as a senior practitioner and subject matter expert
- Continually assess the regional marketplace for commercial opportunities and identify product/service offerings that can respond to those opportunities and are fit for purpose
- Foster a community of reserving-focused individuals who are subject matter experts, providing the vision and leadership needed to grow and diversify the practice
- Oversee the development of the professionals in the reserving practice with the required expertise across the various products and dimensions of the P&C industry
- Lead the development and dissemination of intellectual capital and tools to maintain and enhance our positioning in the market
- Support strategic go-to-market activities and sales pursuits across the region and globally
- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing plans, in collaboration with local sales management
- Partner with sales directors to set targets, campaigns, and pipeline execution
You will work with our global team of reserving, underwriting, pricing, claims and capital modeling experts to create, sell and deliver actuarial and technology solutions to our clients. You will work closely with the Reserving Global Proposition Leader (GPL), your peer Regional Proposition Leaders for other propositions, the overall Practice Leader (who coordinates the work of the various RPLs and oversees common aspects), local sales management and P&C NA Division Leaders (DLLs) (who are responsible for P&Ls.)
Financials
You will drive profitable business generation for the North America P&C Reserving proposition
- Meet sales and revenue targets (both individual and practice-level)
- Meet individual billable hour targets through leading and contributing to the execution of strategic or complex client engagements
- Participate fully in the ICT practice and the achievement of the overall ICT business plan and budget
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society with at least 20 years of experience, 10 of which are in reserving and/or finance leadership positions; FIAs with extensive North America experience will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of the North America P&C insurance market knowledge including financial results, capacity, reinsurance, and M&A trends
- Experience with multinationals and/or global portfolios strongly preferred
- Able to build strong relationships, and to influence decision-making at senior levels (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, Chief Actuaries, CIOs/CTOs)
- Self-driven, comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing innovative solutions
- Practiced in leading complex, high-profile projects, and communicating technical insights to non-actuarial executive audiences (e.g., Board of Directors, CEOs)
- Available to travel as needed
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Experience leading reserving or other actuarial or finance transformation projects
- Experience in implementation or sales of reserving technology
- Leadership/high-visibility roles in relevant professional or trade associations
- Consulting experience

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $275,000 USD -$340,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
