Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For The Planning, Development, Analysis, And Implementation Of Procedures And/Or Processes To Design A Sequence Of Steps For Processing Data By A Computer. Knowledge Of Programming Techniques And Computer Systems To Evaluate Requests For New Or Modified Programs, Systems, Or Databases To Determine Feasibility, Resource Requirements, Compatibility With Current Systems, And Computer Capabilities. Locating And Correcting Program Errors. Testing, Enhancing, Maintaining And Documenting The Coded Instructions For A Variety Of Programs And Systems. May Plan Or Direct The Modification Of Programs To Process Data And Solve Data, Database, System, Or Report Problems.

#1. In depth work experience (preferably 4 years) with SQL Server, including, but not limited to stored procedures, as well as ETL tools such as SQL SSIS Packages.
#2. In depth work experience with RDBMS, such as DB2, SQL Servers and/or Teradata, including the use of SSMS and/or Teradata Studio.
#3. Complex data analysis with large volume of data using SQL.

*Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration or related field OR 4 years minimum related experience in lieu of a degree.
*4 years of information technology experience working on technology systems.
4 years of experience in a job requiring analysis with healthcare information data analysis.
*4 years of experience with SQL, Access, APL or other relational database systems tools.
*4 years of experience in system development and programming.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Planning and organization skills.
*Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
