Responsibilities:
- Review product material from other functions for accuracy
- Help identify systemic or other major issues that have profitability, compliance or major customer service impacts. Draft any process, procedural, technical specs or correspondences needed.
- Provide technical support on any system or in-force product clean up around errors that are discovered
- Maintain and improve product documentation making it available electronically
- Provide product and technical expertise in resolving escalated customer service issues, such as those related to providing custom inforce illustrations.
- Other duties as assigned based on divisional needs.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
- Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
- Five years insurance industry experience
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong preference for prior Transamerica experience and/or knowledge of Transamerica Operations
- Your working location designation is Remote. Remote means that you will not be expected to work from a Company office location on a routine basis. When not working in a Company office location, you will be expected to work from your home or other approved workspace in the U.S.

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $56,000-$74,500 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
