Your future team
We perform experience studies, data analytics, predictive modeling, data visualization and business intelligence for many segments of the company. The team is part of Individual Retirement which focuses on fixed, indexed and variable annuities and reports to the Chief Finance Actuary.

• Perform experience studies for fixed annuities and assist with indexed and variable annuities
• Handle ad-hoc experience study requests
• Provide quarterly data for external industry wide experience studies
• Design and maintain dashboards for recurring internal experience data needs
• Further your actuarial development as part of a large and diverse organization that offers opportunities to learn and contribute to the overall business goals
• Leverage your technical and business skills to solve complex issues through various techniques, including the development and maintenance of actuarial models
• Understand the regulatory environment and other standards required for product development, financial reporting and other key actuarial functions
• Collaborate with senior actuarial talent in delivering the right solutions, focused on driving value for Corebridge Financial and its customers

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or Related Field
• 5+ years' experience in the industry
• Ideal candidate will be a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
• Highly detailed oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Prior experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong knowledge of MS Office especially Access and Excel
• Programming skill in SAS, Visual Basic, SQL, or Python is highly preferred
• Experience with data visualization software is required
• Excellent communication skills, including a proficiency in communicating with stakeholders at cross-disciplinary levels in the organization
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment without compromising attention to detail
