[ The Annuity Pricing team is responsible for the product design and pricing of individual annuities. This position will work with Sales & Marketing and other product development staff to develop products to help increase growth and meet corporate profitability goals and will also assist in MCVNB reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reporting MCVNB. This involves running ALFA models at quarter/month end and submitting the MCVNB template to corporate.
• Evaluation of product's profitability and risks
• Running pricing models and summarizing results
• Analyze and present results to management
• Maintaining the pricing models (product changes, VBA coding,...)
• Developing new products, e.g., RILA
• Develop and maintain experience studies as needed
• Quarterly pricing policy compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field and 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of Bachelor's, will accept Master's in a listed discipline and 3 years of relevant experience.
• ASA or equivalent professional designation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming skills.

• Normal office environment.
• Limited travel may be required.

The US salary for this position generally ranges between $91,000-$121,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally in the US, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
