We are looking for someone with: 

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, math/statistics/actuarial background is preferable, with minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Fellow of an actuarial organization (e.g. PAI, SOA, IAAust, IA)
  • Advance user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Demonstrate a good communication with other teams
  • Preferable some prior knowledge of actuarial software (AXIS)
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Haves: 

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will: 

  • To review the monthly accrual of several PRE components such as campaign, conference, performance bonus, and marketing allowance.
  • Work closely with accounting, compensation, and Generals team in regards of PRE accrual booking.
  • To provide monthly expense allocation assumption for Total Controllable Expense to be split into several Line of Business (Insurance, Other Wealth, Group, and Pension) and the split into IFRS17 portfolio
  • Produces an accurate and timely monthly Expense allowable figures including the movement analysis.
  • To provide the forecast of Expense Gap and PRE including the movement analysis and expense gap projection for Business Planning
  • To conduct study of Expense Allowable & Allocation assumptions and maintain them for KPI reporting purposes.
  • To support ad-hoc actuarial projects related with other teams.
