Position Responsibilities:
- Drive annual dividend recommendation exercise in incorporating new governance processes that were approved for Matching Adjustment portfolio and Signature Legacy Growth.
- Drive the review of Par Segregation.
- Monitoring Par Fund's surplus on quarterly basis or on request basis
- Maintain and continually update the Par Fund governance Framework.
- Work closely with third parties, internal/external consultants, internal/external auditors, regulators ensuring adherence to Par Fund Management group guidelines and statutory regulations.
- Provide support and join force with Special project team on actuarial transformation projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 Years of experience in actuarial fields
- Qualified (or close to)
- Knowledge of local valuation regulation is a must.
- Attention to details
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively with other colleagues with different background across the organization.
- Good communication skill is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Actuarial degree
