As an Actuarial Manager, you will be empowered, supported, and encouraged to use your actuarial expertise as you perform financial analysis and build models that improve health plan competitiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop an elite team of consulting Actuaries
- Help develop client relationships and oversee client assignments
- Perform a mix of routine and ad-hoc analytical activities in support of our team's underwriting tools. Examples of recent business problems include:
- Improving monitoring of our tools' performances by automating data collection and reporting
- Analyzing results to answer client queries
- Developing enhancements to our tools and processes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Candidates must be on the Actuarial exam track, having passed a minimum of 4 Actuarial exams
- 5+ years of Actuarial or Data Analysis experience
- 2+ years of experience managing and providing work direction to a team
- 2+ years of experience with R
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASA or FSA designation
- 1+ years of experience with SQL
- Consulting experience
- Experience working in the health care industry
