Dental PPO Pricing Role Responsibilities:

• Rate review - development of rate methodology/rate factors, enhancements
• Rate filings - interaction with state DOIs/regulators
• Owner of rating tools - updates, enhancements, possible migration to new platform
• Non-standard pricing - increment/decrements, UW case level support
• Network team support - support network team with tools and analytics needed to support network recruitment and impact to pricing
• Potentially consultant support - interactions with external consultants to help value network pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years of actuarial, business analytics, financial analysis or relevant experience.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Strong analytical skill set
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with database and analytics applications (SAS, SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau) are preferred.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,400 - 132,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
