Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform complex and quantitative analysis to support actuaries in interpreting results and developing and implementing recommendations
- Extract, analyze, aggregate and interpret data
- Initiate, compile and prepare analytic models, tools and databases
- Document business requirements and analytic outcomes
- Participate in developing innovative strategies, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Economics from an accredited college/university
- 1+ years using SAS, SQL, R or Python in internship or coursework
- Intermediate level of proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, charts, graphs, etc.
- Proven problem Resolution Management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
- Completion of one or actively studying actuarial exam
- Actuarial internship or internship in related field
- Experience and/or exposure in dealing with health care claims experience and/or Pharmacy claims experience (i.e. understanding of costs, expected claims, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, pharmacy terminology)
- Experience and/or exposure in dealing with health care claims experience and/or pharmacy claims experience
- Basic level of proficiency with MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Intermediate level of proficiency with SAS, SQL, R, Python
- Proven flexibility to handle changing priorities/requirements/deadlines
