We have multiple roles open across our teams, which are great for entry-level or analyst candidates. You will provide support to the actuarial team at Arch Insurance, a specialty P&C insurance company, working on fascinating and unique insurance products, and building valuable actuarial skills and experience.

Key Evaluation Criteria

• Actuarial Assistants are at the beginning of their actuarial career, and is a great role to learn and build an actuarial foundation.
• No experience necessary. Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate aptitude and interest in insurance, actuarial science, quantitative problem solving and actuarial exams.
• Intellectual curiosity is highly valued within Arch’s Actuarial department.

Education

Bachelors degree with a concentration in quantitative discipline such as actuarial science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics or operations research

For individuals assigned or hired to work in Jersey City, New York City, Westchester County, California, and/or Colorado, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

61,498 - 110,262

• Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.  The above range may be modified in the future
