Job Description:
Everest Accident & Health is a leader in the market with solutions across various Accident and Health segments around the globe. As part of the A&H actuarial team, the candidate will assist in the pricing for A&H Business Travel Accident, Participant Accident and Supplemental Health products, reporting to the US pricing actuary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead pricing actuary in experience monitoring and pricing new/renewal business
  • Maintenance of pricing tools and assumptions to support A&H pricing activities
  • Provide actuarial support for A&H US rating platform
  • Track A&H US exposure
  • Work with external consultants to support filing for A&H products
  • Work with the Reporting team on data calls
  • Collaboration with Underwriting, Operations and Reserving Departments when needed

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines of similar rigor (December 2024 - May 2025 graduates)
  • Completion of 1 - 2 exams is preferred, relevant internship experience is preferred

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, R, SQL, or Python.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Initiative: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile work environment, including hybrid work settings.
